Fantastic experience start to finish! Our garage door required repair so I called Proper Garage Door after I discovered them online. They scheduled the appt for the next day and even offered to accommodate us on the same day. The technician, Carl, arrived and was prompt, courteous, professional and I could sense honest and repaired the door exceeding my expectations for both quality of service and price. EXCELLENCE!!!!  The third time I have had Proper Garage do repairs for me and I highly recommend.  They respond immediately to a request and have someone out the same or next day. Richard from Proper garage door did a fantastic job above and beyond what I expected.  We had extension cables and pulleys replaced for a very fair price.Richard explained the job and got to work on our old door.  He even took time to reposion the cables to even the load. Called Proper Garage Doors to get a second opinion on the repairs needed for our garage door. So happy I did, not only did they come within hours of calling, but they were able to complete the work as well. I previously called another company and they were quoting me $3000.00. Highly Recommend Proper Garage Doors! When my garage door broke, I had two companies come out for estimates. One told me it was unrepairable and pushed for a full replacement. Proper Door Garage, on the other hand, was honest, straightforward, and gave me a fair price to repair it—saving me around $3,000 compared to the other quote. Great service, honest team. Today, a Saturday morning, the owner of Proper Garage Doors answered the phone, at about 7 am, and one of his employees came out at about 1 pm and replaced two springs on my garage door. I had been unable to use my car due to the issue, as it was in the garage. He did an excellent job , and in a relatively short time span.  I highly recommend Proper Garage Doors. I’ll use them again for my garage door needs.
